About Blaxsand – Workshop

Blaxsand workshop is based in Yogyakarta, Java. We are a small team of dedicated craftsmen and craftswomen that work with mainly reclaimed and recycled materials. We also work with teak roots from teak forest plantations as well as engaging with local artisans on product collaborations.

Lychee Burle Side Table – Charcoal

This Lychee Burle Cocktail Table is constructed of a large slice of a Lychee tree and finished in a charcoal stain. Growing to heights of up to 40′, the Lychee tree has a long lifespan. The wood is incredibly dense allowing it to take on a natural polish. Figured or color patterns are common adding to the beauty of the wood.
